By purchasing our online courses, you expressly agree that:

• Digital content will be delivered immediately after purchase.
• You lose your right to withdraw from the contract when you start using the course and it lasts 14 days.

This is in line with the EU Digital Content Directive 2011/83/EU.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility for reimbursement

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not typically offer refunds once access has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Double payment
• Technical failure preventing access
• A billing error has been confirmed
